Up Close with Agent Dave Smith, continued

Dave works the entire Metro area but has a special affinity for a certain Atlanta submarket.  Having been headquartered in the Midtown West area for so many years he has witnessed firsthand the expansion and growth of the area and has increased his submarket expertise with it.  "There's not a deal made in this submarket that Dave doesn’t know about," according to Alan.

He truly is the "King of West Midtown" and where some of his best client work has been completed. Dave is also on the Atlanta Board of Commercial Realtors which he finds to be, "a great way to contribute back to the community through real estate." Through many different experiences, Dan and Alan have enjoyed working with Dave both in and outside of the office. Dan finds Dave to be "the consummate team player. He is not only an incredible advocate on behalf of the client, yet also is a giver within the confines of the office. He's a great broker, and Johnny on the spot with answering questions about different real estate markets. His market intuition is what sets him apart from your average Atlanta broker."

Dave lives in Atlanta with his two daughters, Caroline (11), Charley (6), and his wife Heather. On weekends, he enjoys coaching his daughter’s soccer teams through AYSA soccer league.
