Moves Into 550 Pharr
When JGRE made the exciting announcement that it would
be listing 550 Pharr Road in Buckhead, we had a vision
for the-then empty office building that would include a
tenant mix as unique and noteworthy as the building
itself. That vision has come to fruition over the past
year, as the building has filled up with a restaurant, a
nationally-recognized fitness facility and users in
thriving industries such as film, aesthetics, health and
wellness.
The first tenant to move into the building was renowned
Atlanta advertising firm Three. Managing Partner
Jackson Houk credits the building’s accessible location,
amazing balcony views and
teamwork with JGRE as the reasons his firm chose 550
Pharr over comparable Buckhead buildings. Houk said "as
a long-time Buckhead resident and business owner who's
chosen to office close to home, 550 partnered an iconic,
memorable structure with an in-the-middle yet
away-from-the-zoo location. With views of Stone
Mountain, Downtown and Buckhead in 360 degrees, I can't
wait to watch the city continue to grow and prosper from
an incredibly unique perch." Speaking of his dealings
