New at JGRE: Ted Schwartz joins Joel
and Granot,

Ted Schwartz
(pictured with his wife Cheryl) is
moving on. This time, as a partner at Joel & Granot. We
spoke with Ted, a
20-year commercial real estate vet, who
told us this move is a return for him to some extent:
from '97 to 2002, Ted worked at Alan Joel Partners
before being
recruited by Ackerman. "Basically, it's
an opportunity to
go back and
work with Alan and Danny and try to
build up their boutique business," he says. And what's
more, it allows Joel & Granot to get more office tenant
rep
depth along the GA 400 corridor.
"At
the end of the day, I know who I am.
I'm a local expert with strong community contacts."
