Wes joined the Joel & Granot Real Estate brokerage team in early 2019 with a primary focus on office tenant representation. As a young producer, Wes works with businesses to help them align their financial and operational objectives with their real estate requirements. With access to JGRE’s resources, network and Atlanta market expertise, he is able to position his clients to make well-informed decisions about their leasing needs. Wes makes it a priority to run his business on three fundamental values: integrity, dependability, and competency.
Wes obtained a B.S. in Business Administration with an emphasis in finance and a minor in economics from the University of Colorado Boulder. After graduating he moved to Atlanta and joined Miller Lowry Developments, LLC as a Project Manager. There he was involved in several large-scale projects, including Astoria, a 21 single-family sub-division in Historic Downtown Norcross, Vickers a 79-unit luxury apartment complex in Historic Downtown Roswell, and The Felix, a 15-unit townhome community in Midtown Atlanta. With project management and development experience under his belt, Wes made the switch to commercial real estate brokerage and began working at Joel & Granot Real Estate. His knowledge of the financial mechanics and lifecycle of the deal enables him to be a valuable asset to his clients and the company.
While attending CU Boulder, Wes played on the CU Club Lacrosse Team where they won the MCLA National Championship in 2014. Wes caddied at Colorado Golf Club throughout college and still keeps active caddying part-time at East Lake Golf Club in Atlanta, GA. Outside of the office, Wes enjoys golfing, lacrosse, coaching, cooking and, when the surroundings permit, surfing and snowboarding.
